Are custom orders refundable?

Once a custom order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, refused or returned as they cannot be resold.

What should I do if my order is damaged upon receiving it?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately, (within 2 weeks of delivery), and provide a picture of the damaged item.

What do I do if I receive a product, and I don’t like it, or personalization is not correct?

We always provide a final mock-up prior to production. If you approve a design that is not correct, and production starts, the item will be replaced at your expense. If it is our error, it will be replaced at our expense.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and Square payments.
